SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping costs are free!  Unfortunately, we do not ship International, however, this will a feature we may add in the future.
 
All slings listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship.  Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business day.  (**Some items make take longer.  For those that do, information is specified on the item's description page**). We use US Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx with electronic delivery confirmation for shipping in the US.   You can check the status of your order here. Shipping time to most parts of the country is 2-5 business days. 
 
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different locations, experience different travel times and will often arrive on different days.  
 

If we have any questions about your order, we will email you right away. For the quickest shipping, please give us a valid email address that you check on a regular basis, and be available to answer any questions we may have.  If we send a question by email, we will wait a day or two for an email response.

 
By placing an order with us through our website you are stating that the address you give is a valid US MAIL address.  If you can not receive mail at this address, please contact us prior to placing your order, either by phone or email, so that we can use a different (sometimes more expensive) shipping method.

If it is necessary for us to re-ship an order because you gave us an invalid US Mail address, then the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

If there is a flaw or mistake made on your order, we will pay the shipping to correct the mistake.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Currently, we are not shipping International Orders.
